Yes there is a box.

Your "Shoebox" includes a  script printed on single sided  8½ x 11 paper. This makes it easy to make copies for the actors (we do not force you to buy a script for each actor). The script is generously laid out with plenty of room for actor's (and director's) notes. Song lyrics are printed in boldface type.

Most scripts include historical notes, remarks from the playwright and director's notes.

You will also receive a "Director's Manual". This general manual provides a step-by-step guide for producing a play, along with fundraising ideas, a list of theatrical terms and several forms and charts that will help you in your production.

If the play is a musical you will also receive a professionally recorded CD (there is no extra charge), with VOCAL-REHEARSAL TRACKS, and orchestral  PERFORMANCE TRACKS that include special sound effects or voice-overs necessary for the production.

CDs are mastered in stereo from a 16 track digital master. You may hear a very good representation of the quality of our tapes on The Music Page. Mini Disks are also available for $35.00 each.

Vocal rehearsal tracks make learning much easier! The arrangements stay consistent during rehearsal so kids and adults don't have any surprises during performance. Solo and duet numbers are keyed for specific voices (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass). All production numbers are keyed to fit kids AND adults. Some solo songs require a wider range than others. No musical scores available.
