Telluride.jpg (28607 bytes)This play is categorized as a melodrama . . . complete with music, popcorn throwing (or not) and booing the villain! Designed for traveling, this musical will work in both big and small spaces. Pacing is important to the success of this show. Placed historically in the year 1889 in Telluride, Colorado (the time and place of Butch Cassidy’s first and biggest bank job) we meet Sheriff Goodguy, Cookie the owner of the Sheridan Hotel, Sally Sunshine O’Malley the schoolteacher, Charlie Countwright the bank teller, Farley Digwell, the undertaker, the Cowgirl Singers (who tell the tale) and of course, the townspeople and posse.
